ok make a new image what eva ur size is i use 400x130

ok reset ur brush colors (press D)

filter>render>clouds

Layer>new layer

now brush it not to mutch just some light grunge brushes

time to add ur image i have chosen this



now get out you marquee tool and select the part of your image you want

now drag it on t o ur sig and place it in the place u want now press ctrl+e

now add text>ctrl+e

ctrl+u>drag the things up and down till u get something you like

now ctrl+b>drag it around until u get something that u like

then ur done have fun
